Andeluna Wines

Andeluna is a superb boutique winery who specialise in producing world class Bordeaux varietals  as well as superb examples of indigenous varietals. Located in the higher altitude vineyards of Tupungato, this is one of the best sub regions of Mendoza. The wines of Andeluna are created lovingly by the resident winemaker Silvio Alberto combined with Michel Rolland who is a French wine guru. Andeluna is a superb boutique winery who specialise in producing world class Bordeaux varietals  as well as superb examples of indigenous varietals. Located in the higher altitude vineyards of Tupungato, this is one of the best sub regions of Mendoza. The wines of Andeluna are created lovingly by the resident winemaker Silvio Alberto combined with Michel Rolland who is a French wine guru. These two winemakers are passionate about making wines that express the true terroir of the region.

Andeluna was founded in 2003 and it's vineyards 70 hectares in the spectacular Uco Valley situated close to Tupungato. This is one of the finest sub regions of Mendoza and the wines produced here are of superb quality. At night the moon often illuminates the imposing Andes mountains and the winery is named after this spectacular scene.

Andeluna is based at an altitude of over 1,300 meters. This is one of the many reasons their vineyards produce some of the best fruit in Argentina. 

Andeluna make red and white wines from the grape varietals that are grown so well in Argentina. Torrontes Chardonnay, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are the main grapes used in their wines.

The Andeluna Malbec is wonderful also the Grand Reserve Pasionado is superb. The Pasionado range is only made in the best vintages and rivals some of the great wines of the world.
