Wines are made using a single grape variety or a blend of 2 or more depending on the style of wine, the traditions of the country or area or the flavours the winemaker is trying to gain.  many wines are blends of bulk grapes from different regions and sometimes even countries but these tend to be the more mass produced wines.

The wines we sell here at Wineman are mostly single estate wines where the winery will take special care of each and every grape to ensure the quality and provenance are exceptional.
