Bodegas Casa del Valle Hacienda Syrah 2016
Hacienda Shiraz or Syrah depending on how you like to name it is a wonderful Spanish red wine with aromas of ripe, jammy fruit together with toasted nuances of cocoa and spice. It pairs wonderfully with beef bourgignonne, venison, steak naturally and a good Cheshire cheese. The tannins are firm but full and the finish is long and warming in the mouth. We think Hacienda Shiraz from Casa del Valle is a fantastic value Syrah and one that you will love.
