Chateau de Fayau Bordeaux Red 2017
Chateau de Fayau is a fantastically versatile Bordeaux with blackberry fruits followed by herbaceous notes. This is a superb value for money red Bordeaux wine and is superb when served with grilled red meats, casserole or game dishes. It is also a Bordeaux that can be drunk on its own as it is created to be drunk when young and won't necessarily benefit from ageing like many other Bordeaux wines. If you do wish to keep this wine it will develop slightly but don't expect it to change radically as it is designed to be drunk when young. This is due to the high percentage of Merlot in this wine.
