Roccolo Grassi Soave Superiore La Broia 2014
Marco Sartori is a driven young man. In a few short years he has gone from making his first vintage to one of the hottest new talents in the region. All the wines produced by this modern new winery are world class. Marco's philosophy is very simple, reduce the yields in the vineyard to 1Kg per vine and you obtain fabullous fruit concentration.
Vinification
A careful section of grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were softly pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Full malolactic fermentation took place. Aged for 12 months in a combination of French barriques and Slovenian oak casks none of which were new oak.
Viticulture
Guyot

Fine white flowers aroma, peach and apricot-scented notes combined with a spicy mineral nose. A wine of great finesse and aromatic complexity with a long and elegant finish
